I happened to be in a hospital and was surprised at the level of service provided by the owner and accepted by the patients. This is true of India in almost every region. I gather, it is the very poor standard of living which is responsible for acceptance of this kind of facility.
But arent' things changing. We can change if we as individuals decide of do our little change in our area of work. If financial viability is the question, I think it should be possible only if the investor understands basics of business management.
